After something like 24 hours back on the ground here in Chicago (well, the jet lag made it feel more like floating a few inches above the ground), I'm pleased to discover in this morning's Chicago Tribune a story that can make all of us Illinois residents proud.   But, Louisiana, you better watch your back:  we're aiming to make a big move up in next year's rankings.
